What is TalabaKnow?

TalabaKnow is an all-in-one restaurant management platform. It connects your digital menu, orders, reservations, tables, and staff in one place. Customers order from a public link or QR code; your team manages everything from the staff dashboard. Orders and statuses update in real time for both sides.

Application Features

  • Digital menu — Create and edit menu items, categories, prices, and images. Control availability in real time. Support multiple languages.
  • Order management — Receive pickup, delivery, and table orders in one board. Update status (pending → in process → ready → completed). Live updates so customers see status changes instantly.
  • Cashier / in-house orders — Register walk-in or table orders from the staff dashboard: add items, choose table, and submit. Same flow as customer orders, with instant tracking.
  • Reservations & queue — Time-slot reservations or a waitlist queue. Auto table matching and no-show handling. Configurable working hours and closed days.
  • Table management — Define tables and capacities. Generate QR codes per table so guests can open the menu and order. Track status: free, reserved, occupied, ordered.
  • Order tracking — Customers can track orders by phone or order number on a public page. Optional push notifications when status changes.

How to Get Started
From sign-up to first order
  1. 1Sign up and log in to the staff dashboard. Create your restaurant profile (name, currency, working hours).
  2. 2Add your menu: items, categories, prices, and optional images. You can toggle items active/inactive anytime.
  3. 3Set up tables (optional): add table numbers and capacities. Generate QR codes so guests can open the menu and order at their table.
  4. 4Share your public menu link or QR with customers (e.g. via WhatsApp, social media, or printed QR). They open the link, browse the menu, add items to the cart, and place an order.
  5. 5Orders appear on your order board in real time. Update status as the kitchen progresses. Customers see updates on the tracking page or via notifications.
  6. 6Use the cashier view to register walk-in or table orders. Enable reservations or a queue from the admin settings when you need them.
